Submitting a Test

It is essential that you follow all instructions for preparation, collection, transfer, storage, and shipping of your specimen in order to help us ensure the highest accuracy in test results. In the kit box provided by your healthcare provider, you should find detailed instructions. If you need a copy of kit instructions, follow these steps:

1. Click Test Menu.
2. Select the test profile you need instructions for (i.e., Organix Comprehensive - Urine).
3. Click on the 4th tab from the left, "Downloads", then under "Specimen Collection Instructions" click the link to download a printable PDF.
