History
At 33 years old this woman has plans for child-bearing, so she presents for a check up and for help with PMS and chronic allergic sinus congestion. She also has been unable to use muti-vitamin formulas because they exacerbate her symptoms.
Description of Results
Her nutritional status of major and trace elements is quite good on initial assessment, but she has elevated levels of both aluminum and mercury.
Follow up testing 11 months later shows normalization of both aluminum and mercury with a concurrent general downward shift in the essential elements.

Other Comments
Her symptoms of dysmenorrhea, bloating, allergies, and intolerance to multi-vitamins all resolved over the 11-month treatment interval. The decreased levels of essential elements indicate that continued support with elemental supplements is needed to assure that repletion is progressing.
