Description of Results
Severe elevations of multiple microbial overgrowth markers is an outstanding feature, accompanied by amino acid deficits, fatty acid imbalances, and failure to meet oxidative challenges.
Recommendations
First, deal with dysb; then begin nutritional repletion; consider IV nutrients in short term, esp B vits; CoQ10, aa, Mg, B6, B12, Probx and AntiMic
Other Comments
Low NT precursors; B6 and Mg insufficiency suspect by pAA/uOA profiles, high LPO w/ excess n-3, confirmation of need for B2 and B12 with several functional markers
