422lb, diabetic, hypothyroid, GH undet, total hysterectomy for endometrial ca. 2 yr ago - several feet of sm. Int. removed, cholecystectomy 10 yrs ago; massive fluid retention; no weight loss during several months on I.V. nutrition; body temp 97.3

HPLA (H!!!!) 16.9 (<0.5), Benz too high to measure, all bacterial and yeast markers (H) except PhPa, DHPP 20 (<0.9)); MMA (H), Hcys (H) =25 (<8); Most EAA (L) & Gly (L); eMin's all (LowN), Calcium (BH); bC (undet) w/ LPO (H); pFA all (WNL)
Recommendations
Add 30 gm Arg to EAA formula; Aggressive B12, folate, B6, S. boulardii, vitamin C, PA, lipoic acid and AntiOx
Other Comments
