History
Fibromyalgia - past history of chronic, episodic diarrhea - Tumor removed ~ 1 yr ago, scans now clear - many nutritional supports implemented in the past year, including ProBx, Glu, EAA mixtures, multiple vitamins and vit C
Description of Results
(L) to (VL) cortisol throughout the day - Total = 11 (23-42); DHEA (L); sIgA (H) and AGA (H)
Recommendations
Consider using the most varied GI support available, including fish peptides and multiple genus Probx while supporting adrenal function and using products to dampen ACTH output.
Other Comments
This test seems to have captured the patient at a point of intermediate effects where the adrenal function is not restored and the effects of past hyperadrenia are seen in the elevated AGA. The aggressive GI rebuild support may be contributing to her ability to mount an elevated sIgA response.
