Our mission as the Client Services department of Metametrix is to provide timely, professional, and accurate service to all of our customers, both external and internal. We strive to assist healthcare practitioners in providing the best possible and most complete care for their patients, while supporting Metametrix as a whole by working in a cooperative effort with all employees towards promoting company growth. Our primary goal is to go above and beyond the expectations of our customers, which is accomplished through our availability, promptness, and reliability to those we serve. We seek to build and maintain lasting business relationships with our clients with the reputation of offering the highest standard of customer service.
